Mrs. Golden started at IACS during the 2025-2026 school year. She teaches English and Reading, and also is our K-8 art teacher. Mrs. Golden’s husband is a horse trainer and amazing chef. She had two beautiful sons who are now in heaven. Mrs. Golden enjoys painting, drawing, photography, and writing. A fun fact about Mrs. Golden is that she is writing a book of poetry and short stories about her sons. It is called “Fragments in the Flowers.”

If you could have a superpower, what would it be and why?

“I would like to read a person’s mind. That way I would know the good facts from the bad and hopefully do something amazing to turn people the right direction.”

What is your favorite thing about IACS?

“I have two - I love the interesting and intelligent students, and the passionate, hard-working staff.”
